1. Who We Are
FeelAR operates the FeelAR platform at FeelAR.app and the FeelAR iOS App Clip. We provide web-based augmented reality experiences triggered by NFC tags, QR codes, and image tracking.
2. Information We Collect
When you scan a QR code, tap an NFC tag, or visit an AR experience URL, we collect the trigger source (NFC, QR, or direct URL) anonymously, your browser user agent string, the date and time of your visit, and basic usage events such as when an experience starts and completes. We do not collect your precise location. Your camera feed is processed entirely on your device — never transmitted to our servers. Some AR experiences include an optional form to request more information (for example, a property brochure). If you choose to submit it, we collect the email address you provide, your name if you include it, and your request preferences (such as asking to schedule a showing). Submitting this form is never required to view an AR experience. If you create a client account, we also collect your business name, email address, and password.
3. How We Use Your Information
To deliver AR experiences, provide scan analytics to experience owners, send milestone notification emails to clients who opt in, and authenticate client portal sessions. If you submit an optional request form in an AR experience, we use the contact information you provide to deliver the requested material, and we share it with the business whose experience you scanned (for example, the property's listing agent), which may contact you about that property or offering. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
4. Data Storage
Data is stored in the United States using Supabase (PostgreSQL) and Amazon Web Services S3.
5. Data Retention
Scan records are retained indefinitely for analytics. Contact information submitted through an AR experience form is retained until it is no longer needed for the purpose you submitted it for, or until you ask us to delete it. Client accounts and data are retained until deleted. Contact us to request deletion.
6. Third-Party Services
Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Amazon Web Services (file storage), Resend (email delivery). Each has its own privacy policy.
7. Children's Privacy
FeelAR is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@FeelAR.app.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
