By accessing or using the FeelAR platform at FeelAR.app or app.FeelAR.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
FeelAR provides a web-based augmented reality platform that allows businesses to create AR experiences triggered by printed images, NFC tags, and QR codes.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, contains illegal material, or violates any applicable laws. FeelAR reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant FeelAR a license to host, display, and deliver that content as part of the AR experience service.
6. Payments and Billing
Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. FeelAR may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
FeelAR is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, FeelAR disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform and your data will cease in accordance with our data retention policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
